$70 Logo redesign for Halloween

We'd like to change our logo for Halloween so we'll need you to come up with something nice & scary using this :

watari : nice one but kind of too complicated, we'd like to stick with the original and change it just a bit. Great graphics though
fidel_castro ... apart from a cuban cigar that I'd like from you you can try changing the BG as this is a good design but won't fit the color scheme of the site (white background).

I made the logo amendments based on the original logo. I wanted to preserve the logo as close to the original as possible because this is what uniquely identifies the company.
