    I would say around $10.00
I wouldn't do much higher than that.

That depends on who's writing it. A piece designed primarily for search engines can run $10 or less, but a well-written piece for your site's visitors would probably be closer to $25+

PM the person concerned ( if you have decided upon a particular writer) or open a thread inviting applications. Since you do not have enough posts to open one in the content creation section, you could mention your topic here.

I'd stick to PMs since the copywriting section is not for solicitation...

But if he did not know whom to PM, he'd have to open a thread, and the closest thing is the copywriting section. A mod may be able to move it to the content creation section later.

Or he could browse through other threads in the Content Creation forum to find potential writers to PM, check out samples and portfolios through signatures in this and other areas of the forum, or ask a more generic question (such as the one he did) to avoid bending or breaking the TOS of the site. :)

It definitely depends on the quality you want.

It can range from $3-$25 or more depending on who you go with.

I would be charging around $15 if it were a niche I knew, more if I had to do some research.
