Established Myspace Site Earning $15+ a Day For Sale Unique Design Non Myspace Domain

I am reluctantly needing to sell my Myspace site silentdark.net. I have put alot of time into this site and it has been a really good site but I am in a tight financial situation and selling it is my only option.

The site is dark/punk/emo/goth themed and draws some decent traffic from related keywords on google and from myspace, hi5, vampirefreaks and link exchanges I also have graphics and layouts for other users that might not get into that sort of thing. The site has not been spammed and all the traffic is from search engines, links exchanges, direct type in, and social networks. I have also recently added BB code to the graphics section for use on forums and other places that use it and should expect this to increase its traffic further.

The site earned $300+ from adsense last month (Sept 3 - Oct3) and was approved for Value Click just a few days ago and has been averaging $4 - $5 a day from that which would average out to be another $100+ a month.

With all the time I have spent customizing this site to make sure it is different from all the others out there plus its potential based on its current rankings with several keywords being really close to #1 this site could easily double its traffic as the keywords it is targeting are not highly difficult but do bring decent traffic and I would like to see some fair offers.

Its the channel for the site if you look on the top left you will see that I have channel selected and the name of the channel "silent dark". This is the only site I have left, I have already sold my other smaller site.

For those that are wondering there is no SQL database needed for this site just PHP4 or higher.

here is an updated screen shot of adsense for the last few days. i am also going to add a public stats tracker to the site right now so people can watch the traffic. I will say that 2 of my sites link partners dropped my links yesterday so traffic has gone down some which you can see reflected in the adsense impressions below.

I have just added Extreme Tracker to the site if you require live traffic stats please give it until tonight before you start judging the traffic. I also want to emphisize that this site is pretty unique and I have put alot of work into both its design and on site SEO. I have also just made two link exchanges with some decent traffic sites one of them being pYzam and I am just waiting for them to approve the site

i just realized I did not mention the script. It is a customized site but the underlying script is Greg's MSRS script which currently costs $300. If you want to "see" all the work I put into customizing this just look at a standard MSRS site and then at mine

 

Is all the content unique?

 

not all of it no. about 1/4 of the layouts are unique and about 1/2 the graphics are unique. the rest were purchased by me from designers in packs that are semi unique I think most of the content was sold to only 15 - 25 other people.

2 months old. I have done alot of SEO with the site so it has gained rankings pretty quick. I also see in my google webmasters account that google has only indexed about half of the links I have built for it so far. As the rest of the links are indexed the site should move up from its top 10 spots to take some top 3 spots for its keywords.

the site is still earning about $5.75 a day or $170 a month. so for 8 months income + $300 script = $1660 which still makes this site a good deal for $1k - $1.5k as this is not even considering the cost of content and the custom template.

When I first made this thread the site was still earning $15+ a day just look at the screenshots. I stated in an above post that the sites traffic dropped yesterday and adjusted my starting bid to reflect that as well as posted updated earnings. If the site was still earning $15 a day i would not let it go for less than $2k
