are the servers on a blend of them or can I get a server on just a specific backbone?

are the VPS' using Virtuzzo, Xpanel (or is it Zpanel) for their virtualization?

that was when we allowed proxy. we do not allow proxy hosting what so ever nor do we allow anything illegal we run on instant termination if found to be illegal or proxy hosting.
