Well I never thought making money online was real, I thought it was just a theory, but when I made my first dollar online... I believed in it blindly ever since.. I went through a big phase, from being a guy who worked from his home on a dial up connection... to renting an office and having employees work for me.

If I didn't believe so blindly when I made my first dollar, and listen to all the rest of the idiots who laughed at me....

I wouldn't be here typing this post.

What happened to you when you made that first dollar, Did you become a believer directly? Or your friends and family got the best of you?

Do you believe now that since you are making money, that the road is all upwards, that you cannot fail no matter what?

    I believe.

I only started taking it seriously last year :p and I can say business is progressing year by year, hopefully it'll be enough for a full time gig after I graduate from university.

How long have you been at it?

Well I've been it in for about a year and half. But I was messing around with it 6 months before that....

I wasn't really taking it seriously first, but you can say for a full year I have really put alot of seriousness in it.

I believe I will be driving Ferrari's about 1 year from now! :p

My first try at making money online is with HYIPs and autosurfs. Although I made money, it is risky and lost some as well. That is when I realized that I could actually make money online. I have long since switched to webmastering which is more rewarding and less risky.

I started with blogspot blogs and made my first adsense dollar in a week or so.
Then I fooled around for a couple of months, but didnt really know much SEO or anything and hardly made any profit.

Then TheAnand introduced me to DP and I made my first 5$ from an article on "Dog Ear Infections :p" (I'll be forever indebted Fox Lore).

Its been 3 months now and I think I've come quite a long way. :D]

Agreed. My co-worker was into HYIPs last year and was telling me about them. Then last month, he received a call from an FCC investigator who was reviewing one of the companies because it had received over 200 complaints.

Besides, now you control your own chance of success rather than depending upon a questionable company or business model.
