Well Search Engine Positioned New Proxy Site With Revenue

    This is just a month old. It is receiving good search engine traffic. Some seo has been done which is getting 433 hits a day(for oct) on an average (total Hits for oct till 5th 13656). The site was started in september only.

    The site domain is registered with hostingdude.com. I can give a free push to the buyer. Domain is a premium domain (www.surfprivate.info) worth $50 in it self.

    I can give all the site and traffic details to anyone who is intrested in buying.

    Price is $225 (negotiable).

    The fact is I don't want to sell this site because it is going quite steady and I estimate that it is going to give me more money on autopilot after doing some more optimaisation and promotion. However, I have to sell it because the traffic is increasing and I don't have enough money to upgrade my hosting for extra traffic.

    traffic and revenue stats?

    also, "hits" doesnt mean anything. if i have a page with 10,000 pictures, then one person visiting that site creates 10k hits.
    and proxies load up images from other servers and serve them as "hits" for your stats.

    is there anything to justify that $225?

    Thanks everyone for taking intrest. I know you all might be thinking the price ($225) is too high. However, this is not just a website sale but also how more than $225 could have been earned in next three months (or less) if I had enough resources.

    As I said earlier I will not post much here. I will send a detailed reply through PM to all of you tomorrow. It will contain all the possible details about this deal which you might want to know.
