Is it ok to place vertical adlink above the left vertical navigation bar ?

    Is it ok to place vertical adlink above the left vertical navigation bar ?

    Adlink doesn't look alike vertical navigation menu (an css menu),
    but link have the same color.

    I know that i can do it:

    But can i do it with adlink above navigation

    So can I move adlink above navigation menu
