    Hey i have a site that hasnt had any marketing/linkbuilding done.

    It's a unique design and comes complete with 2 free unique themes which are available to download for free (i made them too). There is the ability for users to pay $10 to de-sponsor the themes so has the potential to make a fair bit of money if you have the time.

    On the site people can view live demos of each theme and then have the ability to download them or de-sponsor them.

    The url is www.your-theme.com so you can check it out yourself.

    Opening bid i would like to set at $50 as i made the 2 themes from scratch so they are 100% unique and i spent the time making them w3c compliant etc. (i also have another theme which isnt uploaded but a demo can be seen here - http://www.demo.your-theme.com/index.php?wptheme=Golden+Inferno, this will also be provided to the winner)

    I have no idea on a BIN, i dont have one in mind but ide like to hear any BIN offers from you lot :) I would rather someone BIN as i have bills that need paying :)

    sponsored links at the bottom? the only link in the footer is to that site itself :) you can changed the designed by aswell i dont mind

    Yea sure you can, they were just there so if people wanted the themes brand free they have to pay you $10 in order to get an unencripted footer file. (another source of revenue from the site)
