Hi I need help in paypal issue. Paypal suddenly set my account to access limitation, I can't send money and withdraw money currently. Furthermore, Paypal request me to send document to them for resolution. Why this problem occurred suddenly? Anyone faced it before? By the way, I really need to send money to my friend's paypal account now. Can Anyone suggest me how to send money to my friend's paypal account? for my situation, How can I use credit card to pay money to my friend's paypal account? Pls kindly assist, I really need a proper payment method to pay the money to my friend's paypal account immediately. Your assistance would be much more appreciated. sam
By the way I am totally new right here in this forums but still I can say that If you change your IP address and log in Paypal system then your system comes under scanner and account is limited as well. This happened with me as well. I had one account which Had this limitation but I sent the documents which they demanded so My account limitation was removed.
You need to check in your resolution centre, what documents they are demanding, you need to send the same to them and limitation will be removed. Is the information you have used is true?
This recently happened to me as well, after entering the wrong password when trying to send a payment. They requested that I fax a few documents and after 5 hours the limitation was removed. The great thing about PayPal is that they accept Credit Card payments as well; ask your friend to put up a payment form for you and you are all set.
Just send them whatever documents they requested for and be done with it. There is no need to panic or anything.
It´s not that easy! I have my account limited for about 2 weeks now, sent in all documents long ago and till today they were not able to unlimit it although I have several mails from PP in which is written they recieved all documents. Their service is the worst I ever experienced.
Well, I know that takes time because I believe they will need to verify every piece of documentations you send them to ensure they are not fake. But if you send them the documentation, you be sure that at least on your part you comply and it is up to them to do their work. However, if you just do nothing then it shows that you have something to hide and there is no way they can do anything to lift your limit. You have to take the first step and let them handle the rest, if they need some prodding then do it but comply when them first. If you however apply your paypal account with fake information or with a VCC and they limit you then of course it is going to take a whole lot more time to lift your account if they will ever do. They are not fools and they need to comply within the legal boundaries and there is no hanky panky at Paypal.

But this can´t be real because where it is forbidden to use VCC? If you tell them you used VCC because you don´t want them to have your real CC-info but give them your real ID why it needs longer? They should ban those well known VCC-bins. What they are doing is just RIPPING!!! Of course you won´t be able to provide a monthly statement scanned for your VCC because it doesn´t exist, but this doesn´t give PP the right to hold your money.
Well, where do the majority of VCC originates from ? Most sold here are from India and they are from the HDFC Bank's account holders Netsafe account. Those numbers are for their exclusive used but they sold those numbers for others to verify their account. So basically, they are offering their accounts to verify someone's elses account. Basically, do you know what the meaning of 'verifying' is ? It is not merely just getting through a formality or something. In Dictionary.com http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/verifying , it states So basically, how does VCC actually prove or confirms anything about that someone's identity ? It merely defeats the whole purpose of verification and what trust level is there to determine that you are who you say you are or whether anything you say is the truth ? Ask yourself, how did one obtain a VCC ? It is usually just by sending some money with no question asked and you get a number and such. At what point, did the VCC seller ever verify who you are or could guarantee that you are the person you claim to be ? Paypal is very strict when it comes to fraud and money laundering and because if you did not verify your identity the proper way, it means that you are hiding something and that you may be out to no good. The money you collected may be part of an illegal scheme so the holding would thus be there to protect the innocent customer because this give the innocent party the rights to contest the funds. If they release it to the fraudsters then what protection is there for the customers ? Because Paypal cannot see you face to face, they would not know who you are or who you claim to be or even know your intentions. But if you provide inaccurate data or withhold information then it would be deem that you have something to hide.
