Forplex.com - hacked ?

    www.forplex.com i was looking at a mod but can no longer see the site just a suspended page on a different url :confused:

    I think they have a reseller account with hostgator and someone accidentally suspended the account, but could be something else, nothing shows it was hacked.

    probably just a snafu of some sort. I would be surprised if he was with hostgator.

    They could have suspended the account due to some other reasons. Sometimes hackers find vulnerabilities in certain scripts and use that for illegal purposes. I've had a similar situation.

    I didn't know there was anything wrong with HostGator. I have one of my dedicated servers with them, and have not had any trouble, and the one time I did contact them, they were very fast to reply and provide a solution...

    My problems with hostgator and the others I have heard about have all been with shared hosting, which I guess is to be expected because of the huge amount of overselling that seems to go on in the industry.

    As you can imagine we want contact with him urgently as he aspidov is the reason forplex is down right now :eek:
    You better believe we are not happy to be woken up at 5-00am with all this crap:mad:

    We are working on restoring the site now and will be back on line asap

    Pete, it is sad to see that you are harmed by aspidov as well.

    Chris, all i heard from people is bad comments about hostgator... like how they suspended dump and such. Probably because they want users with big sites to move to a dedicated. But it is good to hear that you are doing ok with them.
