Is anyone willing to send me 1$ to my PayPal account?

I think I just may had a little orgasm! I'm finaly allowed to accept funds to my PP account! Yay! I don't know what's the deal with personal accounts because I don't have a credit card, I've purchased VCC some time ago and I want to test it out, just to be sure. So, is anyone willing to send me 1$ via PayPal? Please reply here or send me a PM.

Yes you are right. Corporation Bank Debit card is a valid card as per paypal terms but Corporation bank is not allowing to use this card for Internet payments. I have had a same issue. I have contacted them and they have told me this reason. so you can't use Corporation Bank Debit card for Internet payments though it is having VISA logo and CVV number.

Maybe, but VMI still does have some advantages in speed, security, etc. I guess it will depend on the user's preferences.

VMI is best option in the long run. Very secure and will be around for much longer time period than all the others. Good Luck.

    Some Bad NEWS :

Visa Money Transfer will not work !!!! Because VMT allows transfer of funds within india only. which means I can transfer or recieve money only from cards or people issued or residing in india. I hope a credit card will work to solve this problem but don't have one to try. If anyone tries using credit card to withdraw money please let me know tooo !!! :)

If I am wrong then please update with the steps to withdraw to card.

hey guys, open ur eyes ;)

Before applying for any new Credit Card or Debit Card go to your bank or call your phonebanking support to know if International Visa Money Transfer is available to you or your bank. If not........ buying any new Debit Or Credit Card (Intrenational) won't help.

Last night I kept awake just to check that. I tried three cards from three different banks but it wont work :(

Looks like the indian goverment (RBI) is still to wake to "Progress" which banks in other countreis have already achieved :p

    Hi,

    I am from India.
After going through the various options it seems :

1)The amount can only be transferred to "Visa" Cards and not "Master" Cards. So Cards with logo VISA will only work.

2)Indian Debit Cards of all banks, forms, sizes are not working.I have tried atleast 4 out of them 2 Gold Debit Cards.

3)Adding a Credit Card and getting your account verified 1st and then add another Debit Card to transfer funds sounds difficult to me as posted by someone who has done it.If the Debit Card on the 1st place is not accepted then how can it be added later also for withdrawing or transferring funds?

4)For the time being it seems we have to live with the fund withdrawal only by Cheque mode and that also receiving the cheque after 4-8 weeks of despatch from Paypal.

    Hi,
Even if you are a verified member paypal is not allowing to add a debit
card as a second card. You can only add another credit card VISA or
MASTERCARD and go through the verification process again.

Did any Indians withdrew funds to their credit cards?

Would love to hear the results?
