Hot to get google deindex pages?

I have Printed version of many pages and remove them in august.
But sill see them in cashed version, with date vary by 10-20 august.
How to completely remove them from index?
I have sitemap submitted in wemaster tools, related pages was crawled many times after this.

I know there are some tools you can use to contact each search engine about this. The sure fire way is to pull them down so the spiders get a 404 and after a couple months you will see them go away. You also try 301 the page to a 404? Have not tried that but I bet it would work also.

disallow there view in robot.txt but it may take awhile.

 

I don't think this will work because pages i want to remove from index don't exist on the site. Submit url removal request in google webmaster tools, maybe this is solution.

 

yeah definetely just email google. or ask the question in the Google webmaster support group.
