Its deped on your debit card you use. My bank have produce debit card. So, if i cash to my debit card and use my atm bank to withdraw money from my debit card. The cost is free. If i'm using others atm bank..i need to pay some fees..

http://pages.ebay.com.sg/sea/paypal/withdraw.html thats detailed information. For india's we cannot add debit card to our account and hence cannot use the same. If you got CC it will add up as extra credit in your cc bill. Now if you use prepaid cards, then thats some benefit as it will addup as top'up in the card and you can swipe it anywhere or remove some cash. - Hope it helps.
How much charge from cc issuer bank for this transaction ? Can we withdraw this funds from our CC ? Is there any charge for cash withdrawal from cc
So it only helps those who spend with their credit card, right ? Withdrawing funds from ATM via CC costs a lot of fees. What r those prepaid cards in india ?
