there are no publishers.it is pay to click. there were a couple posts deleted.i don't know why. i'll sum it up... someone said PTC is garbage traffic and mpcovcd said it's not. you be the judge. there are other PPC networks that will cost you less then 6 cents a click. why someone would spend that much to advertise on PTC is beyond me.
