    Damn it, im asking a series of questions... and they responded with a very long but wrong answer.

    <sigh!!>

    Anyone experiences this?? When you contact them and they replied with "bla bla bla bla bla"... no accurate answer

    Yeah, I just stopped asking them questions about 6 months ago. All the answers are online anyway, try here, adsense blog, ToS etc.

    Cyberpaul, how about asking your question here instead? (If it is a general adsense question). If it is not a general question, I would expect that if you email them back and thank them for the first response, but simply outline what you are not clear on, you may have a better resolution.

    Also you have to think about the people behind adsense support. They get hundreds of mails each day. Urgent questions, complex questions, silly matters like 'Can I show ads on a sub-directory?' etc. They have to answer all questions. And their time limit is 48 hours. They have to open each question, then research the problem, or check account etc. to make answer.

    My experience is; I many times contacted Adsense support team. Only 1 time I got answer after 24 hours. That was some complex questions. Last time I contacted them, I got answer within 5 hours. I will not complaint about them. Only I ask they must answer within the time limit they announced, i.e. 48 hours. If they announce you will get answer within 7 days, they must answer within 7 days.

    Is anyone experienced a un-answered question?

    90% of the questions iv asked have been copy and paste replies, instead of taking the time to really answer the question.

    BUT I have asked 1 or 2 when I didn't get a form reply.. which was shock to me.

    sometimes they do use auto reply and sometimes they do not. it depends on the person who is going to receive your letter. both things have happened to me

    No, every reply I've ever gotten from Google has been very specific to my needs. I've never received a canned letter. (thank goodness). Maybe calling them on the phone would be a good idea for you:)

    But for people who live outside US would costs them a lot of money. I still consider emailing them the best solution

    I get form replies now and then, but the majority are actually hand-crafted, there are copy-paste sections that follow the real response, but they at least take the time to write a paragraph or two off-the-cuff.

    I think there is no phone support available. Maybe premium adsense publishers can phone them.

    It depends on your question. If you ask something that is already written in their tos or faq they will copy paste it. When I ask a specific question about a problem with my account I get personalized response. Why rewrite something you were too lazy to look for that they already have published?

    Well, problem is , if i send a mail asking to change my payee name , they tell me to refer blog.
    Actually, that was supposed to be done manually and not through their blog or help center.
    I asked several times and they only return their stupid autoresponder mail and i am really fed up.

    i aksed them question few days ago and they just replied it with accurate answer so i dont think that they are using auto responder for serious questions.
