For "40 Mbps Transfer Per Mo" YES.... If someone is charging less, you are not getting "40 Mbps Transfer Per Mo" $1300 including the server is dirt cheap for that... Been doing this for 10 years.. Most people selling "40 Mbps Transfer Per Mo" do not even have that much BW to sell... Or are over selling the heck out of it. For "40 Mbps Transfer Per Mo", good quality, dedicated bw? $1300 is quite low

A custom plan with the specs provided above will start at $150/month. A 10 Gbits dedicated premium bandwitdh will add $800.00 dollars.
