    Another poll...

Do you go to the gym?

I do, about 1-2 times a week. I intend to do 3 times a week, but it is hard.

I go 3 times a week. Used to find it hard 3 times a week but once you get into a routine its pretty easy.

I used to, 5 times a week for 4 years.
But haven't been there for over a year and is drawing me nuts. I need to get out there again, but cannot find time for it. I go to work, come home and continue working again. I lack organization skills... or I just work too much

I haven't been to a gym in years... and I feel great! I work out with some dumbells at home in my free time. I think they work a lot better than most gym machines. I can beat almost all of my friends at arm wrestling, even though some of them go to the gym 5 days a week. They look bigger and stronger than me, but they don't have the secondary and tertiary muscle strength that comes from free weights, especially dumbells.

£4.50/session is the cheapest within 5 miles of where i live.

£0.50/session (limited to 3 hrs) which is only 25miles away.

I hate commuting to exersize, dual carriageway on a 50cc scooter..

5-7 times a week, M-F (twice a day two times a week). Training for a fight though, normally just 3x a week.

I hit the gym bare minimum 5 sessions a week. Lately it's been 6-7 a week.
I'm about to go there in a few minutes, it's leg day so I'm not looking forward to it!

Don't got to the gym, have a treadmill and weights at home.. means I can run and still read, or put the head set on and use vistas voice recognition.. yea I spend way to much time playing with my computer
