Your content is good, but your design isn't that great. Change your title to something people will look for or something that describes your site. "Webmaster Resources", for example. Try finding a web 2.0 design, as that is what will appeal to webmasters.
You just used a template theme no? Not too much to comment on. It;s a bit dull, color scheme more suited to a graphics type site. If i am reading content, i much prefer to be reading dark text on a white background.
Design might need some work, but the general idea and content is good. How are you currently advertising your blog to get the traffic?
Like the colors and look of it in general. There are some issues with layout. Some of the link url's are bleeding into the text of the right column in both FF and IE7. The credit to the theme designer at the bottom of the page looks fine in FF, but is shifted to the right and cut off in IE7. May need to add an align attribute to that div.
Don't do that. If you do, the price for links on your blog will fall to 10% of what they are now, meaning less money for you.
I like it, its simple, with not so boring info... Yea, I wouldn't add nofollow at all... The price wont reduce to 10% of what it is, it will reduce to zero... At least I would never buy links that has nofollow on it
