There's nothing wrong with Adbrite+Adsense. I remember someone emailed Google about that and they had no problems with it.

The TOS states that they don't allow Adsense on the same page with any other contextual ads, and Adbrite is not contextual.

It is not against TOS. I contacted Google myself a year or so ago and asked them and they said it is fine. They don't like for you to put other ad rotating type ads on your site similar to theirs like Yahoo Ads.

I think it's against TOS and also you can have a low ctr for that .

If ad brite is contextual ads, it is against the TOS. If AdBrite is not contextual, can it generate higher revenue that AdSense? I don't think so.

No, there is no problem with that. I used google ads in adbrite code (to be displayed when there were no ads in adbrite for me) and worked fine. This was untill I gave up on AdBrite. It sucks!

its ok to put both on one websiter but i guess its look silly & cheap to place both on one website.. it covneys bad impression to the visitors though.

First advice is dont use 2 advertisers together
but if you are so keen then
use it in such a way that both ads look different from each other
and this will by no means get you banned
