If the blog is 2.5 yrs old, was it previously on a different domain as the domain it is hosted on has only been registered for 1 year, 2 months and 9 days (at the time of this post)

What would you say the average monthly income would be?

Looking at the adsense channel monthly earnings have averaged around 25-30$ per month

 

I am very interested in the site and would like to place a bid but I am not sure what the hosting rquirements are.

Do i need special settings on my server to support a wordpress site?

Can i just move the site files over to a unix or windows server?

When I buy the site will the site be hosted for a few days or will i just take over the hosting that is place currently?

The blog started with coolcrowd.co.za for a year and then later moved to a international audience hence the current .net domain.. Traffic is mostly US based

This month has seen more traffic than any month before without me even posting a blog up (DP referral traffic is only a couple visits)
