The best one I have used so far on my entertainment site is the one listed in my sig. It is currently paying me over $0.45 CPM. I receive payment every month without fail. They are reputable and many of the large sites use them. They also have requirements in place so they don't just accepted anyone. There are also others listed on the site, but as mentioned this is my best. Good luck with all this.

CPM is exactly what you are looking for. CPM means Cost per Thousand of impression. It does not involve counting clicks. You get paid for simply displaying ads on your site and the more impressions you get, the more you will get paid. Read about CPM.
