looking for a business partner

    Hi,

    I built this site up over the last 6 months. A lot of money (~$15k) has been spent building, testing, promoting, etc. But I just don't have the time nor inclination to take this site to the next step as I am way too busy with my offline business.

    I am after someone who has provable experience promoting and managing websites and has the energy to move this to the next step.

    I am not after investment money, I am after someone's time and effort, and am willing to go into a partnership for it. I am open to all offers, so let me know.

    The site makes profit now, not a great deal because the traffic is low. If you cannot figure out how this site makes money please don't bother asking because you are not the person I want.

    I believe he used TinyUrl service just to avoid dropping his link on the forum.

    btw, I am not sure where did you spent your~15k as I never heard of this site but maybe you should try to spread a word about it by buying blog posts on various posts and I believe the traffic will build up. Good Luck :) :)

    Thats a ton of money to spend on pure development of the site?!?! And I'm not sure as to how this site makes money either... Explain?

    the concept is pretty simple.

    you pay $1.99 to bid, if you bid wrong, out of luck, the site just made $1.99

    multiply that x a lot of bidders and you got a nice income. its just a lottery, with 1 number, that you can enter with as many $1.99 tickets as you like.

    edit: oops, almost forgot, great idea! click my "available for hire" sig link for some reviews and get back to me, seems like a great concept I'd love to be a part of.

    It works by you are charged $2 to make a bid and the lowest bid that no one else makes wins so say they get a bidder on every cent from 0.01 to 0.051 that's $100 in bids they have made + the winning unique bid. I'm interested, how much does it make?

    Besides that with a mimimum ammount of bids to place you can choose how much profit you would like to maken on which item. There really is no risk to it.

    Im interested in seeing some revenue stats.

    Hi mixke,

    ~15k was spent as follows, $5k for site design, coding the front and back end, testing, $5k linking and other marketing efforts. $2k on various other expenses. So really the total is about $12k.

    You are wrong.
    A item is sold once the mimimum require number of bids has been reached.

    Could take months but no loss for the owner.
