I mean, being aware of the fact that, trying to nuke Israel will make them subject of getting a dozen nukes from the countries like USA, UK and France, that would effectively wipe them off the map, will they still be so stupid to try and nuke Israel?

Without a doubt, of course. Although they are not smart enough to think of the consequences of things. You see, these people have a hard time realizing and analyzing the situation and what's going to come afterwards.
They'll all be dead if, in a hypothetical situation, everyone nukes Syria and Iran - but hey! At least they took the Jooz with them, right ?
The logic of the suicide bomber. The more Jewish infidels you take out, the better your stay in heaven will be. ;)

It's not a goodwill gesture. The Israelis are deliberately releasing Fatah supporters to bolster Fatah, while they are becoming more and more brutal with their handling of the democratically elected Hamas.

Just because the latter has views that Israel and America disagrees with, they are not allowed to govern the Palestinians, even though they were elected in free and fair elections.

The release of these prisoners is a Machiavellian ploy to create friction amongst Palestinians.
