I am selling an item for $120 AUD. Earlier in the week someone emailed me to cancel their bid, i did this. Then today someone bid and won the item and i received yet another email on the same item saying he didn't have the money!!

I'm not going to cancel because i think he should be responsible for his own actions. I'm just wondering what is going to happen and if eBay will do anything.

How many eBay transactions does the winning bidder have? It they don't have any rep to lose, then you're probably screwed. You won't get your money, and the worst the winning bidder will get is negative rep.

He's right Ebay won't get involved in this type of dispute . If you leave him negative feedback though he will probably do the same to you . You can file your non paying bidder form and at least get your listing fees back though .
