    Hmmm, not too many real visitors are available for $5 or $6...
    However, for $40 per month I can offer you sitewide 486x60 banner space on a site with a real traffic, averaging 45K uniques/220K pageviews monthly.

    I think, PTC sites means sites like www.adbux.org and www.bux.to . May be he has one similar to that sites..

    Btw, you wont get many visits for only 5$ - 6$.. I think, you should buy some diggs or netscape votes for 6$..
