Yeah, I see what you mean. MC is much better, and they are the ones paying you for it. YT is the big dog, you think they'd have the better "codec whatever stuff"!
I thought they were supposed to upgrade but who knows. Pretty sad when myspace is even better than you are and the YT video is 'optimized' for youtube...can you imagine if I didn't know what I was doing??
tim I appreciate the badger joke and the hitpoint joke. I'm sure B.lo missed em both, but I want you to know I got both references. would you say I have a plethora of pinatas? B. that seems like a pretty limited selection of wildlife, are you sure there aren't more furry creatures around?
Lyrics: Petula Clark - DOWNTOWN lyrics Album: Unknown When you're alone, and life is making you lonely You can always go Downtown When you've got worries, all the noise and hurry Seems to help, I know Downtown Downtown -- things will be great when you're Downtown -- where all the shops are at Downtown -- everything's waiting for you The term is thought to have been coined in New York City, where downtown was first used to refer to the original town on southern tip of the island of Manhattan. As the town of New York grew into a city, the only direction it could grow on the island was toward the north, proceeding upriver from the original settlement. Thus, anything north of the original town became known as "uptown", while the original town (which was also New York's only major center of business at the time) became known as "downtown" or "Lower Manhattan". The term was adopted in cities across the United States and Canada to refer to the historical core of the city (which was most often the same as the commercial heart of the city).
Kinda like Michigan, where anything south of you is considered "downstate" and anything north of you is considered "upstate". Do all states do that?
no. no not all states do that. az doesn't have that. we have "phoenix" and "tucson" and maybe "flagstaff"
there's an episode of SF about the "downtown" Texas is so big it's either east, west, north, or south! certainly no up or down state here!!
Just long enough to have a picture taken and then we left. Seemed like that was the only interesting thing to do in Winslow.
