    I am offering 5 banner designs for $4 a pop to people. Please send me a PM with your details or post here I will make the banner you send the payment, and then you get it. Simple as that.

    I am trying to work on a portfolio you can check out my current website in my sig for an example. I have no more portfolio since my hard drive crashed so I am offer a cheap service to build it up again! Lets get cracking!

    Not true. It's been almost a week, and even though I paid him instantly, he never sent me the 2 banners I ordered.

    He claimed he had computer problems and hasn't send me s**t all.
