need a PHP programmer for the following

Hi guys,

I need a programmer to design a Social Networking PHP script for me. For further reference i have assisted you with the following Webportals as an example

1. http://naturalcure.ning.com/ <<<< this webportal has all of the following features -
(my Budget for the same is $75-90)

Members
Forum
Groups
Photos
Videos <<<< In the video section the user must be able to post youtube links rather then upload files on my server .
Blogs

This webportal has a adminpanel to control , moderate everything and the members. The site is pretty simple in the sense that it runs on a mysql database and the design of the video section should lower down the programming cost as the members post the youtube links into it.

2.The second one is pretty simple, so will keep a low budget for it $10-20

1.) dont want here is a userpanel or login/log out script...its worthless
2.) The searchbar here is of no use so plz do not design a searchbar as well

So that leaves the script with no searchbar, log in script and a simple flash input text webportal. (Index page ) with the option of flagging for moderation n viewing the next msg

P.S - Please take care to see that the logo of both these script are made in .jpg for the immediate change of logo if neccesary ....

I think you are paying to low... but if you can find someone to do the job for that cheap, good for you...

 

I apologize if the budget is too low mate.But then anything near to it wud do, more of a indicative budget so to say. You can make your bid ..

Between I think the 2nd one is a simple text on thing and has a fair budget.

Yeah, your budget is not just low, but very low, sorry to say man, but if I'll make a bid, my bid $300.

indyeah, I would help you out but I've got enough on my plate at the moment. I think what you are asking is a pretty fair price, and just because one person said it's too low everyone jumped on the bandwagon to try and get some more money
