Good point, Bryant. You should be in favor of personal attacks on people for remarks knowingly taken out of context in a pathetic attempt to score political points. Excellent job.

Remember Rush Limbaugh attacking Michael J. Fox? I do.

RL makes a lot of money selling advertising by shilling for the Bush administration. Chickenhawk and a drug addict. I don't normally care about people's personal foibles, but with the likes of Limbaugh, Craig, Bush and the rest, I don't mind one bit when someone calls them out. These are dangeours people. They glorify war and violence (the world is ruled by the aggressive use of force, to paraphrase RL), yet a mere cyst on an ample ass, keeps El Rushbo from stepping up. Sad.

Almost seems like you are talking about islamists. They glorify war and want the world ruled by islam and pretty much cysts on asses.

    Perhaps today is opposite day?

It's amazing how much your friends are like the "islamofascists" huh. Makes you wonder whether they really are competing teams of sociopaths, or if someone might just be projecting

    BTW, here's the transcript:

Yes, you've already said you don't care when comments are taken out of context and twisted. Glad you can re-iterate that.

I remember that taken somewhat out of context as well. What do you recall, besides the spin from media matters?

I have seen what he said. His comments weren't taken out of context, especially with respect to Fox. He just displayed his ignorance. And he has done it again. There are transcripts. Of course, if you want to make a counterpoint, I'd be glad to look at some other, dare I say, more "accurate" transcripts.

Soldiers is singular now. I think El Rushbo needs to untie the other half of his brain. I think it me be getting strangulated.

I see you've decided to not read or watch the webcam cast to put things in context. Congratulations, Briant. This is exactly of what's expected of you.

Congress members make statements on the floor because the immunity they get there...

Otherwise most of them would be in jail for slander.

    An excellent point.

BTW, Briant, Rush never "attacked" Michael J. Fox. He merely made a comment that Fox might not have been taking his drugs in order to exasperate the twitchy motions causes by his disease. Knowing how the Hollywood crowd does things, it was a very plausible observation. This is another prime example of how the left takes things completely out of context in order to smear their opposition.

They are doing the same thing with his "phoney soldiers" comment. Limbaugh was referring to a genuine "phoney soldier" who fabricated stories and military experience in Iraq.

John Kerry, one of the people to attack Limbaugh, is a classic example of a phoney soldier who testified before Congress in the 1970s about all of the attrocities that saw in Viet Nam, yet almost everything he said was a complete fabrication. The point is that so many of these people fabricate stories and they are hailed as heroes by the anti-war crowd.

The fact that RL, thought, or pretended to think, that Fox's movements were caused by lack of medication shows his ignorance. If you want to say something like that, you could at least spend 5 minutes on google. As for the Hollywood thing, as Fox correctly pointed out, RL and his ilk are entertainers also. RL admits this whenever it suits him.

As for Kerry et al, I think they are almost all phoney. RL just cheers for one of the phoney squads.

Can't we just agree that they're both jerks? Harkin shouldn't have thrown RL's drug problem in his face like that, and RL shouldn't make light of or question the health condition of a man suffering from Parkinson's.

Briant, as others have pointed out...you have totally missed the point. Please do us all a favor and make sure you have the facts straight before you try to post some of your usual criticism.
