    I read that...

    Nr 2. Create good Titles
By now you have your keywords list of high demand searches.
Put those keywords into your Title, but make it work the right way.
    Create Titles that work!
For example “Templates for your website” will not rank higher in a Search Engine then
“Free Templates – Download the Best Templates”
If you would find these to titles in a Search Engine, which one would you click?

Can anyone explain why to me? I thought including keywords in a title was important?

First use keyword search tool like adword keyword tool and find good keywords, then add in your title. Its very helpful to you.

    Yes it is!

In the first example your keyword density for "templates" is 25%, while in the second one it's 30%.

The terms "free" download" and "best" are probably used more frequently together with templates than "website".

    May be, upon further research, that the best combination would be;
“Free Website Templates – Download the Best Templates”

find first a competitive keywords. make sure it has a huge searches a month..

It is advisable to make your title into 65 characters including spaces. In that range you can put a number of keywords or key phrases, just avoid repetitive keywords

Having a good title is part of attracting visitors. I will choose more specific title than an ordinary one.

    I'll choose this
Free Templates – Download the Best Templates

Including your keywords in web page title is really important because it serves as one of the important parts of your page.

I don't think it matters too much as long as they are in the title somehow and it makes sense. Do not just throw a bunch of keywords in there, target 3, maybe 4 words max starting out would be my advice. It is what has worked for me at travsolutions.com

Get your keyword as close to the front of the title as possible. Include it again in the content and bold it. Put it at the end of the page as well as some search engines spider from the bottom of the page up.

I don't think adding <b> or <strong> to a word in content will add more value to it (as a keyword). That is silly and doesn't make any sense :)
