3D Brain Model Needs to be Designed $$$

I need one half of the brain done, color coded with 20 parts of the brain. They just need to be 20 colors, and have the ability to show on a windows system without any special programs. It should also have the ability to spin around 360 degrees. 5 parts that must be included are: mid brain, somatosensory assosiation area, visual association area, reticular formation, and temporal lobe. It also needs to have 15 other parts, which can be anything.

Is this for a cd or something? where does this have to be?

I don't think you'll be able to get anything for that price. as far as i know 3d models take a long time to do and that seems complicated

It's not cheating...Im willing to do all the research.. I just don't have any ability to use or even have the 3d programs that are able to create this. I really don't like modelling clay, and since ill have to spend money anyway, I might as well make a flash thing instead...

I guess that would work. Here it is.

You cant' see the mouse in the screenshot, but it's pointing at the two purple things, which changed color when the mouse went over them, and the definition of the part and short description showed up.
