How to drive Immediate traffic/Visitors to your website

Do social bookmarking to drive immediate traffic to your site.

Actually I was half mistaken, earlier I thought the link was an affiliate link to a submission service. My mistake.

 

it really drives traffic but just for some time.... Not the organic way of generating traffic.....

That's not a long term solution. I have wasted my time doing that. Within a few days the visits drop down. Over and above that, google sees this as a spamming effort. Google spider keeps record of how many referral links come to your site in what time. If it sees that a website is getting abrupt rise and fall in the number of referral link, it marks your site negatively.

 

Its just a days enjoyment with abrupt rise in visitors, also google not much happier with that kind of traffic for adsense

Even if someone want to increase traffic by social bookmarking, etc.. its better to do it in a planned way. Say you have 50 pages, and you have 50 social bookmarking sites, 50 directories, and 50 forums {to spam}. Then make a schedule, and submit pages to all of them, but in such a way that no two pages of your site are linked from the same site at a time. The search engine spider should discover your pages from a wide variety of pages, and over a long period of time.

I guess, that is more difficult than actually building quality contents. There are ways of spamming, but the law of the world is that no one can cheat anyone but himself.

So better not to try to cheat any one, and avoid getting chaeted in the run!! Believe me, making quality contents is quite easier than spamming.
