You need content for this site, and Front page is not look good like someone who has nearly learnt, and make that front page, but inside gallery that made in flash which looks nice and there is I think your childhood pics. Looks nice!!


(Man you remembered me my childhood days by those pics Oo man! what was those days?!! If there were possible for going past, then I'll be back in my past!!)

 

I'm not a huge fan of the colors used in the frontpage (they kind of give the 90's website feel).

The photogallery looks pretty neat, I'd design your layout around that concept.

 

@ 8everything, can you help me with designing the homepage ? I am confused.

 

Better put some welcome message and short description so the visitors know what are in your site. The main picture is more than 100K size, and it's not friendly for the visitor.

For reference visit smashingmagazine.com, they have tons of links of good design and tutorials.

I like the initial design. However, I think the site would benefit from the blog color scheme matching that of the first page. It would add continuity and not make me feel as if I've gone to a completely different site.
