    Im a strong guy so I only lift heavy. Lifting light weight gives me as much satisfaction as waving my arms in the air.

    yup :D it's amano ginji from getbackers :D i love him in this form.

    8 miles =-o =-o my friends in XC dont even run 8 miles a day! i used to do 2 miles a day + lifting, but i just dropped the running and do a lot more lifting (too lazy to run!)


    hows that help? :-p food soothes the soul, staying angry isn't good :D

    I just run from my house to the nearest park, which is 2 miles away. I do it twice a day so in total, 8 miles.

    yeah, but just cause you never gain weight doesn't mean its good! :p you could be losing muscle mass (actually, you ARE losing muscle mass) and gaining fat :( which is bad!

    because people lose muscle mass if they dont maintain a workout after 2 months :p and if your not gaining weight, then you should be losing muscle mass + gaining fat.

    unless, you didnt start out with a lot of muscle and were light to begin with :p then i can understand staying at the same BF
