if a site that generate $1 perday from adsense can be sold at least at usd400

    400X15 = it should around $6000

It depends on the nature and niche of the site. A proxy earning $15/day will be sold for way less than a content driven site with good serp and organic traffic !

Usually it calculates as your One Month Earnings X 12... so it comes around $5000........... you can ask for more if the earnings and traffic is increasing every month......

It would depend on how much time and money was involved to maintain the traffic

What if the site is zero maintenance, all organic traffic ? I have a Pet related site that I am considering to sell, 23k uniques last month, zero maintenance, nobody has ftped into the site for over an year, and adsense was $230. I am looking for more like 15-16x. What do you think Eric is fair ?

It would depend on many factors from content, niche, history, traffic stream etc.

Do not fall for those who always low ball sites. There are a lot of them around, and will claim sites like these are not worth more than $3k. They're wrong.

You'll find them on any board. But it's best to get a lot of feedback, and more importantly, provide the details on the site so that people can give you a truly fair assessment. Without the numbers, it's vague guessing at best. So take it for what it's worth.

    2 cents.

Honey I do agree with that. If you have a site with zero upkeep it could go for that....

I guess it really does depend!

If its 100% adsense income and from quality content that doesnt need updating too mcuh then you can pocket up to $10,000 for it... If its unstable then expect much less anything from $2000-$3000 ..

    It all depends really.

Here's a couple ideas on packaging a site for sale that may affect your offers and sale value:

    A) Providing limited adsense income history, maybe only one month, providing no screen shot proof in the sales thread -

    B) Making buyers PM for the details and site address - loss of possible interest.

    C) Lack or missed key details - DMOZ listing, PR rank ...

    D) Age of site, links ... things that add or create stability or value around your site

    E) Promotion - what you did in the beginning ... what you're doing now ... and the related cost(s).

    F) Payment - lack of details, options. At this price level. should probably offer Escrow.com - split fees ok

    G) Transfer of name, registrar and files transfer questions - buyer on their own? Are you going to help?

In summary, the better packaged the site sale, supply all site details, provide a good history along with proof right at the start

You'll probalby get an offer sooner and may be higher that you think!

    Hope that helps! Dunc

all pends on how much traffic you are getting. high traffic and low ctr over $5000. If CTR is high with lower traffic under $5000

so that's how you appraise a site, (daily income * 30days) * 9 or 15 months of income. what if a site is less than 6 months old and making, let's 2$ a day, would that formula still apply?

i'm really new, if i violated anything with this post let me know.

    You'd get about $3-4k.
