Different Domain Extension for Directory

    If another DP member have a directory call xxxxdirectory.com. Is it O.K to open a new directory xxxxdirectory.co.uk by myself. Like to know everyone's opinion pls.

    I would imagine most would frown upon it because your trading off someone elses hard work. Especially if it is a popular well known directory... :rolleyes:

    i for one am dead against people who do this

    you should come up with something unique not trade of others

    it happened to me and it really pisses me off when it happens

    Although theres nothing to stop you buying it, as already stated its not a polite thing to do.

    Overall your better off getting something unique.

    You better get a unique idea/name for your directory. There are plenty of good names left, or you can buy some directory domain names.

    I agree with Dave. Someone used the same bidding directory domain as him.

    And the moron who has zorglinks.com pointing to his own directory is too a moron....

    If you know .com is owned by a DP member, be nice and ask him/her about it.

    I don't thinks its such a good idea (IMHO)
