Paidwebdirectory.com has some problems

Hi,
Paid Web Directory has some problems. It was fine till yesterday but today i donno what happened to the main page. If you check it out the other pages are totally fine while the main page is scrambled, I thought to upload the main.tpl file but I've installed the deep links of Leopard so he may have edited the file. Any guess what is wrong with it?

Well the stylesheet/s arnt being pulled in for one thing, and the template itself has reverted to default.

Get the guy who did the deeplinks mod to take a look, code doesnt break on its own so perhaps he made an error?

 

Best to ask Leopard to reupload it for you and then when he is finished make a back up so if you have any future problems you can fix it yourself

 

My best guess is that the MySQL is not responding right from your host.

 

The stylesheet isn't there main.css . Better re-upload it or change the url so it works. Categories/subcategories aren't working, like chuck said, it might be your MySQL.

 

submit is using <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/templates/WebAhead/style/style.css"> sheet the rest are using <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/templates/WebAhead/style/main.css" /> for some reason so you can go in and edit

 

There is nothing wrong with his MySQL, otherwise his Latest Links would return an empty page.

Yeah, you're right. I was just clicking on the cats and was going back to the home page and someone else said his css sheet is gone and that now sounds right too.

 

Just out of curiosity are all your directories on the same server and do you use the same user name and password for them as the reason I ask is I had that problem on a couple of my directories until I had my host transfer one of my domains to another server

 

problem is in header.tpl

Your CSS file name is style.css not main.css. Change that in header.tpl and check, it should work.

 

Yeah the problem is with the .tpl files, and no my directories are hosted in two different servers. And i'm totally confused with it. Anyways mikey i've sent you the details, hope you will sort it out

I am sure now fear will be able to fix it ASAP.

After editing the header.tpl file, be sure to remove all files under /temp/templates

 

Hmmm, that's kind of odd.

Probably just some minor fixes and u should be all set to go.
