The laywers of vBulletin have nothing they actually can say! As Germany allow the files to be hosted, so unless they don't contact Germany directly and make them change their law, then they can't do much!

The lawyers of vBulletin don't contact me nor the client directly, normally they contact the datacenter and the datacenter will handle it from there.

If you have any nulled script in your server,let it be in offshore hostign too,give me the url and i'm sure in the next 12 hours the lawyers of vb will contact you.
It doesnt matter if it is offshore hosting or like this.
It havent to do with the German laws too.
Someone(team) have develop this script and MUST be paid.
If you dont want,go with free forums(smf,phpbb3,etc)

I dont want this,but yes this way I can proof you that anywhere in the world your server maybe is,the vbulletin script must be paid.
It hasnt to do with offshore hosting or laws.
It isnt a free script is a commercial so must be paid.
With the same talks,cpanel must be free in German(null )
