http://www.johncow.com/sunday-ramblings-30-09-07/ http://www.tylercruz.com/logo-drama/ What do you guys think about this? Is Tylercruz in the wrong?
No, i don't think he is, i think he is clever, acting as the agent to this guy who can clearly sell for $500-1000 and making himself a bundle in the process.
Tyler isn't doing anything wrong, but it's definitely a bash to his credibility. He's trying to make a quick buck from his users. He states on his site that it's not in his interest to tell people about good freelancers, and that he set up this deal in private and even told the logo company not to put his logo in their portfolio so noone would find out and so he could make money from it. If he doesn't want to help out users that bother to read his blog by letting them know who does his designs then so be it. It's just that he's trying to make money off his blog readers by essentially lying to them which I don't really like. He said 'He only charges $500' knowing full well that he only charges $350, meaning that his blog reader would be paying Tyler $150, which I personally don't like.
Tyler Cruz and his master handler John Chow are both frauds! They both inflate their Alexa Rankings to scam unsuspecting advertisers into purchasing ad space and paid blog reviews. All these guys ...John Chow, Jeremy Schoemaker aka Shoemoney, and little Tyler Cruz...know how to do is create fake "beef" as a traffic generation attempt. This traffic is then used to sell adsense and other advertising to unknowing webmasters, who pay for traffic that is in the end completely worthless and non-targeted! I didn't read all of the thread and probably shouldn't comment due to that fact... but a lot of popular bloggers do keep in touch.
Wow, you bumped a couple month old post, Peon. Anyone know what happened to this in the end? I wasn't even into IM then, but looks interesting as hell...
