All These E-Books Look Like Scams...

How much money do people actually make with ClickBank? I was browsing through their books and they all have ludicrious titles like "Win 97% of your bets!" and "Make $10,000 a week!" Then when you click on the page, it is a bunch of underlined and highlighted words spouting even more outlandish claims. Why would people buy them?

(Then again people who bet on sports in the first place are crazy.) Still, I don't think that most sports blog readers bet on sports.

I always think it is funny how people rip clickbank products. Sure some of them are questionable, but so are a lot of internet offerings.

Ringtones, Dating, Foreclosure Listings, Book Clubs, DVD Rentals...what do they all have in common? They bait you with a free offer that turns into a $15 (or more) monthly subscription.

If nothing else, at least clickbank has a no-questions-asked refund policy.

Promote what you are comfortable with, but ultimately the consumer decides what has value.

Hi, while the claims are outlandish, you do find some gold nuggets in some of the products sold there. Since there is a refund policy, selling crappy stuff is no good in the long run.

Ebooks and such do offer some value and you can get some useful information from there though I do agree that there are some that are simply crap.

I think people buy all those crazy things becuase they're somewhat desprate, and really are looking for an easy answer. I think a lot of those people know that some of the things they buy are crazy but some people rather have people tell them what they "want" to hear instead of telling what they "need" to know about some crazy purchases that sometimes doesn't make any sense.
