three times monthly revenue....little low I think

 

I have some sites which I can consider selling for 20-24x monthly income. Most of my other sites that require maintenance, I sell for 10-15x monthly income, and the ones with zero maintenance are 20-24x. PM me if you would be interested. I have sites for sale available in several niches.
