no i don't do any more than a 1000 submissions at this time, and i can send you a sample list shortly.
as far as e-mails that you have to manually confirm it's hard to say. But you should receive at least 700+ emails total. I'm staring a 1000 submission now and can let you know exactly how many after it is complete. I could do the confirming for you but i would have to charge extra
