Western European traffic

    Are there any cpm networks that pays good for Western European traffic, mainly Portuguese, Spanish and possibly some French.

    I think Zanoz may have some merchants, but then they are not CPM which is the same as TradeDoubler.

    Heres some quick details of an actual good reputable CPM network that actually allow sites written in Spanish as far as what I know. Well I read it in their TOS a month or so back anyway so they should still accept Spanish written sites and if they accept these sites, then they definitely should accept Spanish traffic, lol.
