    I have a technology related site with $250-300 per month in Google Adsense since thelast couple months. All traffic is from search engines, zero maintenance cost. Not FTPed into the site for over an year. It's a site on Autopilot. I can consider selling it but my asking price is 20-24x monthly income.     actually for more than 20 month of revenue you need to have your own reader ship ... and a pure search engine traffic bases site cannot be valued so much .. one day you may woke up and boom ... you are not even indexed in search engine ....

    I completely agree....and that is why business=risk. Money in the bank does not bring back 5% returns per month. That is why on the web, people sell their sites for as less as 10x monthly income...risk. Anyways, no worries, I completely understand.

    Thats where internet kicks in ... ask those people who make money on internet ... even 100% ROI isn't considered good enough ...
