Hi My website is http://www.arcadehouse.org . Google says that my website is not safe, as it installs malware , which is absolutely untrue , as it is just a free flash game site. You can check for yourself. If you search "arcade house" in Google, mine is listed first, & Google has added a line - This site may harm your computer. Below the listing. How do I contact Google to tell them that my website is safe ? Please help me if you can , Thanks Ishan
Yeah..it does say: Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer! You can learn more about harmful web content and how to protect your computer at StopBadware.org. Suggestions: * Return to the previous page and pick another result. * Try another search to find what you're looking for. Or you can continue to http://www.arcadehouse.org/ at your own risk. Advisory provided by Google
Yes, I found that out. Requested a review, hope they dont take a long time , as I am losing about 300 visits daily (all Google visitors lost )
well, but as far as i see in search results, when google crawled, seems like it did install malware, right? you put this message yourself in tag We do NOT install MALWARE, our website is not harmful. It was hacked few days back, it is safe now. Sorry for the inconvenience. EDIT: check this
Hi I put that description right now, so that visitors will go to the website & hopefully ignore Google's warning. Yes, I have already requested a review from Stopbadware , hopefully they will remove the Bad website tag from my website.
You should contact google through Webmastertools Dashboard: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=45432 I had the same issue on a gaming site. They removed it in one day.. fast enough i think.
Hello, Yes your site does attemp to install Malware and the warning is correct, and yes you have been hacked. View Source shows 3 0x0 Iframes outside your closing </body> tags with the following: (Note DO NOT visit these URL's without adequate Virus Protection) I have altered http to hxxp FTP in, and remove this code from your index.php and patch your scripts etc. Hope this helps, sweetfunny.
You are really great. When I tried to download that file, my antivirus gave me a virus notification. I have removed that part of the code , hope the website is now virus free. Also, I have changed the FTP password. Rep for you Thanks Ishan
No problems was a pleasure, yes your page is virus free now. Just keep an eye on it in case it re-appears. I had this happen to some of my sites with a different malicious URL and changing the FTP pass didn't work. It was writing to the index.php or index.html files of websites on the server, so check all your sites if you have others. Hopefully it doesn't come back and you get your badware warning removed.
It seems the problem is not solved yet. The hacker has done quite a job. He has added files, error.php , css.php etc which have some code , I don't understand what it does, but I am sure it is not part of the website's script. I believe he has linked many pages of the website to these pages, & so deleting code from those pages is not enough.

Don't you have an Adsense account already for other website? or is it your first time applying for adsense?
I checked some random pages source code like Contact Us, Advertise and Games pages and they are all clear. But yes you could have other scripts running on your site i can't navigate to with the sites navigation. What's in the css.php and error.php files?
I deleted both files , so I cannot show you the code. The hacker also put a bancoposta.online.it.zip file which contains a few html & a few php files, but my antivirus says all are clear.
At least you learned that you should always backup you website and database and choose a reliable hosting company instead of a cheap one.
What are you talking about ? The website was hacked, there is no problem with the hosting, nor with the hosting company. The website has been up 100% of the time , & btw, I own the so-called cheap hosting company
