Site looks fine in Firefox, but weird in IE?

    Try my site in both browsers (if you have them). For me, in Firefox it looks perfectly spaced, but in IE theres a huge gap between the header picture and the rest of the content. Is there a way to fix this? (I'm not an HTML buff, it took me about a week just to get this thing functional.)

    this should be removed and fixed with css, give me a 1 hour, i'll eat something to have the strength to fix it
