If you are arbitraging to an MFA site, Google has stated that they do not consider this a good business model, and they will ban you..

Arbitrage is not illegal. There are a lot of people on http://www.wickedfire.com who openly discuss this practice. If you consider, the advertisers who received traffic from your site probably complained and that's how you got your account banned. But they ARE afterall receiving quality hits. This is NOT invalid hits like from clicks or trying to boost impressions illegally or anything. Google will definately pay you. Because you were sending quality hits. People were searching for certain terms, and came to your website. Then they probably clicked on an ad and went to the advertiser's ad through your adsense. This is definately legal, and they probably banned you because of the niche that you were in. If maybe you can write a letter, and ask them what you did wrong, and they can try to explain it.

Otherwise, My recommendation is don't do anything irrational yet. Just wait, and it'll get resolved (hopefully positively!)

    Sorry for your losses!

Probably a 60/40 chance of getting paid/not getting paid.

Are you sure the email was from google? I still see adsense ads on your site, That shouldn't happen if your account was suspended.

Its not really my fault they don't consider my business model to be "valid" They have NO rules against arbitrage! I WILL get legal help if i don't get paid. There is NOTHING in their tos that allows them to withold all earnings!

I tell ya this is COMPLETE BULLSHIT!

gkgk11 was your site a MFA, with little content? Was your site mostly ads? I'm asking because there still are people who do arbitrage that are not banned, and I'm just curious about what specific reason they have banned you.

    Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application.

Is this what its supposed to say when to try to login to a banned account? Can someone banned verify this? I thought its supposed to your your account is disabled...

Edit: It was not an mfa with little content or many many over little content. Those other arbi people will be banned soon i know it...

I will leave it up to gkgk11 to post what type of site it is..

Its video content which is still content. Google doesn't specifiy that they only like text content ....lol. If they didn't like videos then they'd be pretty stupid.

Looks like im not the only one!

    I think im getting paid!

Look at this reply i got from a wickedfire member just now!

I was recently banned. After I sent another mail back trying to get back in, and give an explanation for my shady business ^^, I got an answer that I would still get my money, got it yesterday

And I think what I was doing would count for something worse than arbi, not click fraud though. The clicks were probably of even higher quality than arbi, and very good quality at all. Whatever, I think you will get your money.

    I'm afraid there is.
You agreed to it when you signed up. I hope you do get your money, but don't hold your breath, They well within their rights to with-hold any earnings in the event that your account gets terminated.

Hi, remove those ads from websites that do not comply with their TOS, stop all your arbitrage campaigns and then appeal to Adsense for a lifting of your ban. Tell them that you have always supported their advertising policy and you would appreciate they granting a lift.
