Yahoo have taken over a week to get back to me regarding my inquiry over why a certain adgroup has had no impressions at all despite having lots of good keywords in it. I generally find the adwords customer service people to be excellent with Yahoo in second and adcenter in third. I'm not happy this time though. Joe Free Dating
I've also had some issues with YSM's customer service this week in regards to addressing my support requests in a timely manner. But i wouldn't go as far a calling their customer service "poor".
YSM's customer service may not be poor, but it is disappointing. They sent their keyword proposal to me a week late and the contents of it were incomplete and unhelpful. It seemed they put very little thought and effort into it. It was basically a waste of my time and an insult to my intelligence.
I had same disappointing experience with Yahoo Search marketing. No matter how much I hate Google they sill have the best system, user friendly statistics and analytics on the fly. User friendly on and on. I can’t believe I am saying these nice things about Google. Yahoo wasted my time and their navigation is occurred at best but they are still better the Microsoft Ad Center which is awfully slow and when you navigate it does not tell you whether the page is going to open or not it just lives you for longer periods until finally the page you searched for opens. My two cents!
Some months back their support was poor but now am happy with their support team... I used to get a reply in less than a day....
YSM customer service was great the one time I contacted them. It was not for anything complicated, just a missing sign-up credit, but they responded and fixed the problem quickly. This was about a month ago. 47
