How Much For Pr4 Image Hosting Site..... Read For More Details

I am wondering about how much I could possibly get, if I where to sell my PR4 Image hosting site for. It is Alexa 8k and on the way to 5k. It gets roughly 15-20 million hits per month. Spread across four servers with a monthly income of 2k. Uniques are over 3 million per month. I have been offered 15K for the site but I think that is not enough. Any suggestions or thoughts?

 

Net Revenue is important after paying for servers etc how much profit are you left with each month. If net revenue after costs is 2k I would expect it should sell for around 24k (12 months Revenue)

 

The servers cost 600.00 per month. The net profit is between 1500.00 and 2500.00 every month. Are there people that market the sale of sites such as this?

 

Yes there are brokers who charge alot for there services.

Your best bet if you really wanted to sell it would be to put it up for sale on Sitepoint.

I have seen a lot of these type sites on sitepoint that do not sell. That is why i was asking here. I am not sure what I will be doing, I guess money talks.. PM sent.

You would think that amount of traffic in itself, would be worth money. Also the Alexa is no 7,290 and DMOZ listed as well.

 

It takes you 20$ for site point listing fee to try and you can set a reserver so you are not forced to sell under it

make sure you only accept "Escrow" as payment method on such transaction
