How is the DP 'signature space' best used?

Do the links in DP signatures pass any link juice?

Do they provide any SEO benefit beyond the occasional traffic of curious clickers?

How do you best utilize your signature space?

    Thanks!

They might add a little to pr. You will get traffic from signature in forums if they relate to forum topic.

Never hurts to add urls only when they use redirect or no follow they offer nothing except some traffic from forum.

You will get some PR 2-3 backlinks, but most of them will be N/A or 0

N/A means that the page hasn't been indexed yet, recent page and hasn't been through a pr update, site is banned on google.

Those Naruto wallpapers are intense awesome.

Are graphics not allowed in signatures, by the way? I've noticed nobody has a banner.

    From FAQ/Rules:
I think those two are ridiculous rules because if you have links in your sig the actual code to add the links is included in your character amount. Plus the sometimes adds an extra line

This rules deny new members to join, post 3-4 words, and get some BL`s
Being a professional forum, need to have some rules against spammers

in this forum banner signatures are not allowed it is because I think it eats a lots of space in this forum database....Since there are plenty of members here that's why....And more are coming and joining this forum...

I think it ads some backlinks to your site, and some exposure too.

A few weeks ago I saw a few members use their sig space to show their earnings throughout the month with a timeline showing their progress. It looked pretty cool but i'd rather use my sig space to put links in!

Write your signatures for people, rather than search engines.

It helps bring link popularity a little bit as well.
